Why do we process your personal data?

Open selection processes: We will process your personal data to centrally manage the personnel selection processes for filling job vacancies in the entities that make up ONNERA GROUP. As the recruitment process progresses, your data may be communicated to the entity within our business group that has the vacancy. 

Likewise, if you have previously given us your consent, we will process your data to create a job pool for all entities within the group.

Unsolicited applications (work with us): We will process your personal data to create a job pool for the entities that make up the ONNERA GROUP, and in the event that vacancies arise in any of these entities that match your profile, to centrally manage the relevant recruitment process. As the selection process progresses, your data may be communicated to the entity within our business group that has the vacancy. 

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The data submitted to participate in the selection processes will be processed based on the application of pre-contractual measures and for the creation of the job pool based on your consent, in accordance with Articles 6.1.b) and 6.1.a) respectively of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who do we share your personal data with? 

As the selection process progresses, your personal data may be shared with the entity within our business group that has the vacancy in order to make the final selection, in accordance with Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR. Likewise, the data may be shared with public or private organizations as necessary to comply with legally established obligations.

The data may be communicated to foreign subsidiaries of ONNERA GROUP that have open selection processes.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Data relating to the selection process will be kept for the duration of that process and, if you agree to be included in our job bank, for two years after the end of the selection process and for the limitation periods of any liabilities that may arise from the processing of the data.

What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability of your data, restriction and objection to processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where applicable, by sending an email to rgpd@onneragroup.com or a letter to: Santxolopetegi Auzoa, 22, 20560 Oñati (Gipuzkoa). If you consider that the exercise of your rights has not been satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
